Who's watching

I've never been good at watching horror movies. When I was younger and telly still only had a few channels to watch, if I even knew there was a horror film on later that night I would avoid going into the front room as the atmosphere to me was filled with a horror film I had not ever watched but that my imagination was building in my mind. I'm not so bad now. I'm not into gore but I do like suspense. Like the kind that David Lynch would build into his work or like when I managed to read Crime and Punishment and the scene leading up to the first murder was amazing in the context of building tension. Viewing the video art piece I'm going to post now I can see that perhaps I was attempting suspense though when I was creating the video, well the editing bit, I think I was just having fun with all the new things I was finding on an early attempt at using the Da Vinci editing programme. It is probably a bit over the top but you know, sometimes less is less and more is perfect!
